How to go from frustrated and impatiently waiting on God to fully content and fully trusting

 WHAT WISDOM DO YOU CLING TO WHEN YOUR FRUSTRATED IN THE WAITING PLACE?

when your soul is on fire for God it's so easy to find momentum to keep going while waiting on an answered prayer.

Well, I get so frustrated with the stop and go. you know when you keep checking to see if God checked your box yet.

Maybe you have experienced this same frustration. I had to come to grips with a very ugly truth over the weekend, but I am so Thankful because its true what they say the truth shall set you free.


      God reviled to me that the reason I get frustrated in the waiting is because I didn't trust gods timing. It's not the checking to see if he has answered the prayer that is the problem SEE I BELIEVE GOD IS EXACTLY WHO HE SAYS HE IS. I don't doubt that he is able or that he wants to bless me.

God had to show me my heart and finally I understood a big part of my frustration came from my decision to rush gods timing instead of being content knowing that gods in control and his plan is perfect.

let me give you a perfect example of what I mean.

over the last 5 months my family has been without a vehicle. It's been frustrating to say the least though God has been more then faithful in providing our every need.

The bible says a man plans his life, but the lord orders his steps.


Well, my plan was to get a job save up enough money and purchase a car. The lord's plan was to have my husband's boss sale us a car giving us access to it now and pay it off over time. I hyper focused on getting a job and became so mentally drained and full of sorrow each time I got my hopes up about getting hired. 

Gods promise is to give us a future and a hope to prosper us and not to harm us but how often do we think the worst when we are waiting, we say things like god is punishing me or we begin to think about the ways we have angered the lord. but he is slow to anger and fully forgiving.

 
My exact thought was maybe my prayer just isn't important to God right now at this time and season of my life but that couldn't be further from the truth see God knew what I needed, and he had a plan that was so greater than the plan I thought was best.

It's not hard to get caught up in our plans but we must remember that Jesus is our Lord, and his plans are far more superior than our own. he is wiser and his will is without flaws its perfect. we have to position our thought life to wisdom and understanding so that the frustration turns into contentment, and we wait in Patience knowing that the answered pray is coming at the perfect time and we won't miss what the lord has panned and prepared for us. when and how God does perform our miracle is always greater than we can think hope or imagine.
